SIZE CHART

How To Determine Your Size
To find your correct size, use a tape measure and check the measurements on our size charts. If you do not have a tape measure, we recommend that you order in the same size as your normal clothes, with the best fit. If you fall between sizes, we recommend ordering the bigger size, (it is easier to take in than to let out.)

Bust
Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don't pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, this is the narrow part of your waist, approximately and inch above your navel (and also where your elbow bends). Relax and breathe out before you measure.

Hip
The hip should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inches below your waist).

Please Note:
This is a general size chart, all measurements are in inches and are to be used as a guideline only. Measurements and fit vary by fabric and style; please take this into consideration when ordering. We cannot be held responsible if the item does not fit.

  • Please note: We suggests that you select the size that best fits in your street clothes as these garments are already compressed for slimming. See our Size Chart as well. If between sizes, select the size that fits your largest measurement.
  • Choose one size larger : If it is your first time to wear compression clothing, it is a safer option to choose a compression shirt that has a larger size so that you will not feel like being squeezed while wearing the shirt. A good rule of thumb is that you should just be able to slide your hand under it without strain. Wearing a compression garment too tight can also cause it to roll down. The garment should lay smooth and flat across your skin.
  • Your compression shirt should be tight, yet comfortable. There should be plenty of compression to serve its chosen purpose, but not constricting. Make sure it supports your activity level and wear it daily, so it becomes a part of your day-to-day life.
  • Wear one size down: Wearing a shirt one size down can provide you with enhanced performance and other benefits. Wear one size down only if you already have a lot of experiences wearing compression shirts in the past so that you will no longer be surprised with the squeezing sensation that you get from the shirt.
