InstantFigure & Sister Brands Returns & Exchange Policy

(Applies to InstantFigure, Insta Slim, ISPROUSA, ISPRO Tactical, LaMonir, InstantRecoveryMD and ProDogg)

At InstantFigure, we are committed to delivering the best value and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your order, please follow our returns process outlined below.

General Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt for items purchased on our official websites, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

1. Item is in original purchase condition with tags attached.
2. Item is in original & undamaged packaging.
3. Item is unworn and unused (for hygiene reasons, underwear and panties cannot be returned).
4. The item is not damaged in any way.
5. Returned with a completed packing slip or printed return form.
6. The item was not listed as a Final Sale at the time of purchase.
7. Clearance items are final sale.
8. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Important Notes:

• We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Federal Express – there is no customer access at our warehouse.
• Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled, have deodorant stains, or have tags removed will not be accepted.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Orders paid via check or money order will receive a refund check.
• A $9.95 restocking/return shipping fee applies to all U.S. customer returns. For international returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless covered under our warranty policy.

 

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse and will appear in your original payment account within 10–14 business days, depending on your bank.
• Refunds for sale or promotion items will be for the amount paid after discounts were applied.
• Items from multiple orders can be returned together with the corresponding return label for each order to ensure correct refund processing.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color:

1. Indicate your request on the return form/packing slip.
2. Submit your exchange request.
3. Ship your items back promptly – your exchange item is not reserved until your return is in transit.
4. Once we receive your package, we will ship your replacement.

 

International Returns

• For international returns, contact our Customer Care Team at service@instantfigure.com before shipping.
• Return shipping costs will apply to international orders unless covered under our warranty policy.
• EU or UK customers: We will refund the cost of standard outbound shipping and handling (express shipping costs are non-refundable).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

• Submit a request via our website, instantfigure.com portal, within 30 days for a return or exchange.
• For warranty claims beyond 30 days from purchase, contact service@instantfigure.com for assistance.

 

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund for returned items (in whole or in part) if any of the following apply:

• Products returned without original tags attached.
• Products showing wear, tear, or damage from misuse, alterations, or improper care.
• Swimwear and Shapewear returned without the hygienic liner or reusable pouch.
• Items listed as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
• Underwear and panties (except where required by law ).
• Items not purchased directly from our websites (return to the original place of purchase).
• Partial returns of multi-item product sets.
• Instances of abuse of the InstantFigure Return Policy.

 

We are not responsible for:

1. Personal items sent to us in error.
2. Cash, checks, credit cards, or financial instruments sent in error.
3. Non-InstantFigure products.
4. InstantFigure products purchased through unauthorized retailers.
