InstantFigure Founder/Designer, Monir Jalili, has been a major contributor to the fashion industry since 1985. She launched and operated Carabella Collection Catalogs for over 25 years, a young, contemporary line of swimwear and sportswear available through mail order catalogs and online.

About Compression:

What are Compression Garments?
Compression garments are products made of a heavy stretch fabric designed to provide a certain amount of compression to slim and support target areas of the body. Whether it’s your tummy that needs flattening, your waist that needs more accentuating, or your hips that need trimming.  InstantFigure compression products is the answer to a shapelier, slimmer new you.  As the name compression suggests, the garments can provide the effect or illusion of weight loss as the garment will hug your figure and compress it so your body will look slimmer. Q1. What size should I order?  InstantFigure fits true to size, therefore we recommend that you order your normal size. To maximize the benefits, it's important that you use the InstantFigure size chart to ensure you choose the one that's right for you. We are now offering Curvy sizes 3X, 4X, 5X to meet all our customer demands.

Q2. I’m large busted, will this be a problem? One of the amazing benefits of the underbust bodyshort is that you get to wear your own favorite bra. So you will have the lift and support without feeling smooched or uncomfortable.

Q3. What if they don’t fit? No problem, simply return them and we will exchange them for you at no additional cost to you. Please follow the return instructions on your packing list.

Q4. What do they weigh? The weight is between 5 and 11 oz. depending on the size.

Q5. What material is the Underbust Bodyshort made of?  All our compression shapewear is made of 72%Nylon/28%Spandex

Q6. Is it washable? Yes, it is easy care…Treat your InstantFigure products with care and you'll get wear after wear after wear!  Machine washable in cold water, use non chlorine Bleach Tumble Dry Low or Line Dry, Do not iron.

Q7. Will the product shrink?  The underbust bodyshort is made of the highest quality fabric that has been laboratory tested.  So under proper handling and care, there is no shrinkage, even after several hundred washes.

Q8. How long will they last? Under proper handling and care, your underbust bodyshort, should last at least 1-2 years without losing its shape and elasticity.

Q9. How do I get Free Shipping? The TV-Offer is for an Underbust Bodyshort and FREE Magic Tube Belt for 3-easy payments of $19.95 + $9.95 S/H on the 1^st payment ($59.95 + $9.95 = $69.90). Instead of the 3payments make only one payment and get FREE shipping so you only pay $59.95 and save $9.95.

Q9. How often do I have to make a payment? The TV-Offer is for 3-easy payments of $19.95 + $9.95 S/H on the 1^st payment ($59.95 + $9.95 = $69.90 total). The 1^st payment of $29.90 will be made when the order is placed and the 2^nd & 3^rd payments will be charged on the same date the following 2 months. Example 1^st payment of $29.90 is charged Feb. 25, 2015 the 2nd payment of $19.95 will be charged Mar. 25, 2015 and the 3^rd and final payment of #19.95 will be charged April 25, 2015.

Q9. What if I return the product before I make the last payment? You will be refunded for the amount paid (less $9.95 S/H) and the next payment due will be cancelled, if it’s too late to cancel and the charge goes through, please call/email us to request a refund.

Q3. If I return it, do I get to keep the Magic Tube as stated on the TV show? Yes you do! Just return the underbust bodyshort and keep the Magic Tube as our free gift to you, No questions asked...  However, if it is a sizing issue, please call customer service as they can help you get the right size. Q1. What is InstantFigure about, is it a dietary product? InstantFigure is not a weight loss product.  It is compression shapewear garments designed to give the appearance of a slimmer and trimmer body with firm support yet comfortable for all day wear.

Q2.  What do InstantFigure products feel like? InstantFigure products are made of a the highest quality fabric that is soft to the touch and feels smooth and silky against your skin giving you firm yet comfortable slimming support. You just don’t want to take it off!

Q4.  How do you decide which products will be offered in which colors?  Our main shapewear collection will always be sold in “you can never go wrong colors,”…Black and Nude. Depending on seasons and trends you might see new colors added to the current classic collection, new styles or if our loyal customers have suggestions, we always take that into consideration as well.

Q5.  What does it mean if my shapewear is rolling? Rolling can be an indication that your InstantFigure product is too big, or too small. For finding that perfect fit, it's important to choose the right size. Check out our sizing chart if not sure what size you need. If you still feel you’re not getting the perfect fit, we recommend trying one of our best-selling bodysuits — like our Underbust body short or tank bodyshort. These styles stay in place and give you that all-over smooth and slimming effect. We have a style for every size and shape.

Q8. I just had surgery. Are InstantFigure products safe to wear? We are pleased to say that we currently have doctors that use and recommend InstantFigure products to their patients, however, we recommend you consult with your physician first.

Q12. Does InstantFigure offer Payment Plans? No, we do not offer payment plans on any of our regular products. There is one 3-payment plan however it applies ONLY to the TV-OFFER and nothing else.

Q1. How do I know which size to buy? InstantFigure fits true to size, therefore we recommend that you buy your normal size. To maximize the benefits, it's important that you use the InstantFigure size chart to ensure you choose the one that's right for you. We are now offering Curvy sizes 3X, 4X, 5X to meet all our customer demands.

Q2. Where can I find size measurements? Our size Chart is located at the bottom/footer of our website and also on each product page you will find a link to the size chart. 

Q3. How can I get my measurements to determine my size? To find your correct size, use a tape measure and check the measurements against our size chart, if you do not have a tape measure, we recommend that you order in the same size as your normal clothes with the best fit. If you fall between sizes, we recommend ordering the bigger size. See measuring tips below.

Measuring Tips

Bust - Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don't pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.
Waist - Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, approx. an inch above your navel (also where your elbow bends). Relax and breathe out before you measure. 
Hips - The hips should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inch. below your waist).

Q4. Which products come in plus sizes/Curvy? Look for the Curvy Category on the menu bar and for the curvy logo on regular size items. We have a wide range of styles from 2X to 5X for our curvy girls.

Q5. I'm petite, which InstantFigure product should I wear?  We have a wide range of styles from XS and up to accommodate all sizes and shapes. Recommended for petite are the two piece sets, check out our size chart and see what size will be the best fit is for you. click here

Q6. What if I can’t find anything in my size? We have a wide range of styles from sizes XS to 5X, so you should be able to find the perfect item in your size. Q1. Is it washable? How do I wash my InstantFigure products?  Yes, it is easy care…Treat your InstantFigure products with care and you'll get wear after wear after wear! Machine washable in cold water, use non chlorine Bleach Tumble Dry Low or Line Dry, Do not iron.

Swimwear InstantFigure swimsuits are considered delicate. Try to avoid chemical products, sun tan oils and harsh detergents. Immediately after wearing, hand wash gently in cold water and lay flat to dry.

Availability:

Q1. How do I know if a product is out of stock? If an item is out of stock, we will let you know via email or phone (if no email provided) within one business day. It is very rare that an item will be out of stock, however if it does happen due to unforeseen circumstances they are normally back in stock within 1-2 weeks.

Shipping, Handling & Processing:  

Q1. What’s the difference/Shipping vs. Handling vs. Processing? Shipping and Handling covers just the cost to ship the actual item. Processing covers the small cost of sorting, sizing, packaging and quality control of the product

Q3. Do you ship internationally and how does that work? Yes, any order shipped to an address outside the United States will be charged a $60 surcharge per order. Rates will vary according to weight and destination, if there is an increase, you will be contacted prior to shipping. Duties and other fees are customer responsibility. Cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Expected Standard Delivery: 10 - 14 business days within the 48 states – International Delivery days and times vary by destination and cannot be guaranteed.

RUSH Delivery: 5-7 business days - NOT available for International destinations.

Return & Exchange & Damage:

Q1. What if I need to exchange the size? Not a problem! All items are exchangeable, including the free gifts. Just follow the return instructions on your packing list, be sure to send back the garments you are exchanging, and we will send you the new size at no extra charge as long as the items are within even exchange.

Q2. What if my Return and Exchange items are not the same price? Not a problem! If the items are NOT the same price, any balance due will be charged to the credit card on file, if there is a credit due a refund will be issued to the credit card on file. If there is no credit card we will contact you for the credit card information or you may send a check or money order with the return.

Q3. What if I want to return my product for a Refund? No Problem, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price (less the shipping/handling or discounts that have been applied). A restocking fee of $9.95 may apply.

Q4.  If I return it, do I get to keep the free gifts? Yes you do! Just return the unwanted item (s) and keep your free gift. However, remember if it is a sizing issue, please call customer service as they can help you get the right size. We know you will love your InstantFigure products.
